RETURN POLICY
Knight&HammerMuse.com will exchange or refund goods received by Knight&HammerMuse.com within 15 days of delivery to client, all items are shipped with delivery confirmation. All goods must be returned in perfect mint condition along with a copy of your invoice. Please indicate on the back of your invoice the reason of your return and if you would prefer an on-line store credit or refund to your credit card.

Your account will be credited within 5 days of receipt less any shipping costs and you will be emailed a confirmation at that time. In case goods are not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed. All refunds will be given in the same method of original payment.
Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of Knight&HammerMuse.com, or in the case that an item was faulty or damaged, client will be reimbursed for return shipping charges.
Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. Knight&HammerMuse.com will not refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming, please contact your local customs bureau.
